Registration

Registration for SEDI2012 in Leeds is now open. We offer online registration using a credit card and offline registration using purchase orders or credit cards. On-site registration in Leeds is also available. For the deadlines for registration please see here.

Full Registration fees are: Early Bird Fee £270,  Regular Fee £330 and on-site Fee £370

PhD Student  Registration is priced as follows: Early Bird Fee £210, Regular Fee £270, Late Fee £310

The Registration Fee Includes Conference Attendance, an Icebreaker, Refreshments & Lunches.The conference dinner at the National Railway Museum in York can be booked separately. If you need additional tickets for the Conference Dinner please contact the conference office (sedi2012@leeds.ac.uk)

Accommodation is a separate charge and is not included in the registration fee.

Travel Support

Students and postdocs at US Institutions are eligible for travel support from NSF to attend the SEDI Meeting this summer.
Requests for travel support can be sent to email Bruce Buffett
(bbuffett@berkeley.edu). All applicants are required to provide a copy of their abstract submission and the contact information of their supervisor. 

The deadline for applications is April 15, 2012. Awards will be announced in time for discounted registration, which ends May 1,
2012 (see http://sedi2012.leeds.ac.uk).  The funds will be distributed
immediately after the meeting.

Students and postdocs at French Institutions are eligible for travel
support from CNRS/INSU to attend the SEDI Meeting this summer. Requests for travel support can be sent to email to
Gauthier Hulot (gh@ipgp.fr) . All applicants are required to provide a copy of their abstract submission and the contact information of their supervisor.  Awards will be announced, and practical instructions sent, shortly after the closing date for applications (April 15, 2012).



Students and postdocs at non-US/French institutions who seek support to attend the SEDI Meeting this summer should send an email to the local organizing team (sediabstracts@leeds.ac.uk). All
applicants are required to provide a copy of their abstract submission  and the contact information of their supervisor.  Awards will be announced, and practical instructions sent, shortly after the closing date for applications (April 15, 2012).
