Meeting Program now available

We a total of 158 abstracts for posters and have scheduled 25 invited talks. It looks like a great program. The full abstract volume can be downloaded here. We also will provide a printed version of the abstract volume upon registration.

Poster sizes
The poster boards for the meeting will be 1m by 2m portrait (i.e. 1 m wide and 2 m tall). Please make sure that your poster will fit on a single poster board. We will not be able to accommodate landscape posters

On-site poster printing
If you cannot bring your poster to the conference there is the possibility to print them on the Leeds University campus (the Print and Copy Bureau).
To upload your poster please go to:
https://pcbweborders.leeds.ac.uk/branding/students/
The login for the site will be guest and the password Sedi 2012 (including upper/lower case and the space).
There will be a facility to upload the poster file and you will be taken to a PayPal for payment.

Conference Dinner
You can still book your tickets for the conference dinner through the university web store. In addition to the published menu there will also be a vegetarian main course (Tomato/Basil Risotto Cake). Please let us know if you would like to opt for the vegetarian version

York Tours
We arranged for a couple of guided tours through the York Minster, the York Viking Museum (Jorvik) and the York Brewery. You can book tickets (on a first come first served basis) through the university store.
Alternatively, you can also spend the afternoon exploring York on your own (there will be time after the tours to do that, too).

If you have any questions please contact sedi2012@leeds.ac.uk .
