Industrial links

We have extensive links with industry, including the School's spin-off companies GETECH and Rock Deformation Research.

Our industrial links include most of the major oil and gas companies (British Gas, BP, Chevron, Shell, etc), the Department of Trade and Industry, and service companies such as Schlumberger and Veritas.

IGT is part of the Centre for Integrated Petroleum Engineering and Geoscience (CiPEG) which provides a single point of contact for petroleum related research, training and consultancy at the University of Leeds.
