Support duties

Esther is responsible for supporting learning and teaching quality within the School. Her main role is to support staff in ensuring that the School provides its students with a good quality education and experience during their time at University. This includes the management of programme and module information, exam procedures, Learning and Teaching Committees, internal and external reviews, student appeals and complaints.

You would contact Esther if you:

• Have any queries with your module marks once these had been published
• Were unhappy with a mark or feedback that you had received for an exam or piece of coursework
• Wanted advice about appealing against your degree classification
• Were considering lodging an official complaint with the School
