I graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc in Physics and then went on to obtain an MSc in Exploration Geophysics from the University of Leeds. I am now currently undertaking a PhD, partly funded by TOTAL, at the University of Leeds focusing on the use of 4D seismic attributes for geomechanical model calibration. As part of my undergraduate degree I spent a year working for the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) researching and developing innovative numerical algorithms for geolocation. Then, as part of my MSc, worked closely with Pinnacle- A Haliburton service on microseismic imaging. Throughout my PhD I have spent time at TOTAL’s Geophysical Research Centre (GRC) conducting research in time-lapse seismic geomechanics and have also worked closely with MP Geomechanics on developing Finite Element (FE) models for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) scenarios.
