SEE Achieve Silver Green Impact Initiative and the University Biodiversity Award at the University Environmental Awards Ceremony 14/06/2012!

The Green Impact Team have put in exceptional efforts from 2010-2012 to gain Green Impact Accreditation for the School of Earth and Environment.

Last year SEE was awarded the Bronze accreditation but this year has been awarded the Silver accreditation for the Green Impact Initiative and Jen Dyer (SRI) was awarded the University Biodiversity Accreditation (for the SEE Bee Hive).

Pro-Vice Chancellor for Student Education: Vivian Jones was very impressed with SEE’s/ Universities’ overall hard work on Green Initiatives and handed over both awards to SEE at the ceremony.

This is brilliant for SEE’s profile and demonstrates how devoted we are at becoming even more greener than we already are!!!

A Special Thank You to Our current Green Impact Team:
Cara Healy (SEE Green Impact Coordinator 2011/2012) Naomi Armstrong, Jen Dyer, Jerry Lee, Claire Quinn, Charlotte Simms (Student Rep) and Dominick Spracklen.

Next Year we are aiming for GOLD/Labs accreditation!!!
