Undergraduate
At Leeds we offer the broadest range of Earth and Environment degrees anywhere in the country – and enjoy state of the art facilities following our move into a £23.5 million building in 2010 and a further £1 million investment in labs and teaching equipment. Leeds is a research-led university and you will learn from international authorities in climate science, sustainability, geology and geophysics.
Earth and Environment's two major student societies, EnviroSoc and RocSoc, are funded by Leeds University Union and supported by the School. They consistently top the table of Leeds' very best student societies. Our annual 'Teaching Stars' competition lets students offer meaningful and immediate feedback that recognises excellence among those who teach them.
