"I graduated from Leeds University in 2003 with an MSc in Structural Geology and Geophysics and since then have worked for one of the university's spin out companies Rock Deformation Research (RDR). The experience and opportunities gained from graduating have provided an excellent platform for me to launch a career in geology. This has allowed me to work in a variety of areas including mapping platinum deposits in South Africa , cutting edge hydrocarbon field evaluation, fieldwork, software development and many other activities including attending international conferences. The stimulating career and opportunities that I have now are all a result of my MSc."
